Visit to Italy

In March 2007 Mrs Buchanan, Mrs Brown and Miss Young went to Italy as part of a Comenius visit. They met with Comenius partners from Italy, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. Everyone had a fantastic trip and spent time visiting Italian schools, meeting pupils and staff, sightseeing in Rome, Assisi and Perugia and taking part in some local traditions such as cheese throwing!

Here are a few photographs from our trip.

Dear Scottish colleagues and pupils, we are very proud to have you as partner.
During last meeting, here in Italy, we discovered a special feeling with you.
We both have a blog, pay attention to the environment, even we have the same symbol of the Mobius loop in the activity about recycling, (we saw it in your echo blog), we both love dancing and singing, what nice !!!!
Thanks for your message in the blog, now it’s hanging in each class of the school (translated), we are very happy that our poem has been appreciated by you, at the same we recognize your activities(that we have seen visiting your blogs and site) are real worth, we know very well how Scottish school system is cutting edge.
We all send you our best wishes for the next Easter.
